How to Write a Thank-You Note

Having trouble finding the right words to thank your Cousin Sal for that mango slicer? Should you even bother? Oh yes you should. Leslie Harpold tells why and demostrates how to write the perfect, honest thank-you note every time.

I know I have trouble writing thank-you notes. And sometimes I don't write them at all! I'm trying to turn over a new leaf now. A little politeness doesn't kill anybody.
